Life is exciting and beautiful, yet sometimes we feel tired. We then need to relax, but what is really relaxation?
Is it travelling? Is it going out to parties? Is it reading? Would you answer yes or no to each of the questions above? Probably you are expecting me to give you the right answer to the question, but I need to apologize. The true answer lies inside of each of us. I cannot define it for you or for anyone other than myself.
For some people relaxation is discovering new places, for others it is celebrating with friends and for others it is just spending some time with an interesting book. Relaxation can even adopt different meanings at different time periods.
What’s important to remember is that relaxation allows us to feel inner satisfaction and inner peace with ourselves. There is no prescription for this purpose; we all need to find our own way.
